Return is free up to 14 days from the delivery date, from any place in the UK mainland excluding northern parts of Scotland (Highlands and Scottish Isles) and Northern Ireland. For those areas return cost has to be covered by the customer. Please contact customer service for more information. Up to 14 days we will offer a free return and issue a full refund in the same method as your original payment. After 14 days, you'll need to cover the return cost. Your refund will be issued in the form of a voucher to be used at beliani.co.uk within 365 days.
